I just - while we have you - I wanted to have a little of your time - to take the opportunity - to have a word in your ear.

Has anybody spoken with you about Sardinia?

No? OK.

So - exciting times for our community - the Starling is finally open - 

Now, don’t get me wrong - I do want to celebrate what we’ve achieved here - it’s a fantastic achievement - all very exciting -

But the danger is that we fail to capitalise on the moment.

Because we can’t afford to stand still and and and -

I mean literally we can’t afford it - if you look at the numbers, as I do every day, it’s a little worrying.

What I mean is:

This is our moment

And we need to - to seize it

To keep the momentum…

To keep moving forwards.

You understand.

Because this place is just the beginning.

Right?

So we are already looking ahead to the next stage.

And we believe our future is…

In Sardinia.

The Villa Santa Valpurga.

It’s a farmhouse 

Up a narrow path that winds around a mountain.

The views are magnificent, westward to the sea.

Now, the place needs a lot of work, a new roof for a start.

And right now there’s no gas or electricity and no - no plumbing or anything.

Which presents a few challenges - it’s kind of like back to nature, for the time being.

It’s, er - yeah - it’s real! It’s very real, for the time being.

But that’s why it’s such a bargain!

I mean it’s really an absolute steal.

Tom says the energy there is fantastic - like, some of the best energy he’s ever felt anywhere.

And there are two Persian nut trees on the edge of a hill nearby that are the same trees that Rose saw in a vision two years ago. Yeah, she had a vision of two trees on the night of our Great Murmuration, and she says they are identical, like 100% the exact same trees.

So everybody is really excited about this place.

With the Starling up and running we are meeting new people all the time, and welcoming them into the fold.

And we want to use this place as a place to spend time - getting to know each other. Going deeper, you know?

So we are going to have accommodation for 50 people.

We’ll have a learning centre - for sharing the light. Training new disciples in the ways of wonder.

And this main atrium here is perfect for our ceremonies.

So that’s going to be our temple.

And off to the side there will be lots of adjoining lounges you can retire to.

Plenty of playrooms for festivities, a mixture of public and private.

The place is perfect!

And Rose met an artist here the other week, who’s up for decorating the whole place. His stuff is incredible - ah, what’s his name – I can’t remember the name, but I think he’s pretty well known, you might be familiar - he does these massive paintings of animals in medieval style, influenced by medieval art I believe, and his thing is all to do with exploding norms of sexuality, so he’s putting different animals together in unconventional couplings, and, yeah, it’s pretty strong stuff! Anyway, yes, he’s agreed to do murals around the whole place, which is really exciting. It’s going to look spectacular.

And why I wanted to talk to you is that I know you’re someone who has a really good sense of these things, a good head for business, and I thought you might be interested to hear about this venture, in case you might want to be a part of it.

It’s a real opportunity to be part of something big!

And the government of Sardinia are actually wanting professionals to come and live there - there are big financial incentives available - it’s a win win win win win all around!

So we are looking for investors.

And I thought this might be something that might appeal to you.

So how does this all sound?

No - you don’t have to say anything.
